How we check every batch
Quality control is built into each stage of production — not added at the end.
Raw material incoming inspection
Every film and ink delivery is tested for GSM, thickness, COF and visual defects before entering production. Non-conforming material is rejected and returned.
Print colour approval
First-off print samples are approved against the customer's approved artwork before the full run begins. Delta-E colour tolerance is checked against standard.
Lamination bond strength
Bond strength is tested at regular intervals during lamination using a peel-test fixture. Results are logged against the batch record.
Seal integrity & pouch testing
Finished pouches are tested for seal strength, leak resistance and drop-test performance. Each roll / pallet is labelled with batch traceability data.
Final dispatch inspection
Random sampling of packed cartons before dispatch. Quantity, label accuracy and packing condition verified against the purchase order.
